As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Cesar Ramos - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Common computer and administrative skills such as Word, Outlook, Customer Management programs.
- Active license(s) in Property & Casualty + Life & Health required
This role is 50% Service & 50% Sales; meaning that on top of the base hourly pay, you have the opportunity to earn commission(s).
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
